As the month comes to a close, so does our 10 for 10 series—a celebration of 10 incredible years of ZOOZ Fitness. We’ve looked back at our biggest milestones, most meaningful moments, and the community that made it all possible.

For our final article, ZOOZ founder Jake Weiner shares 10 bold aspirations for the next decade of ZOOZ—each one rooted in our mission to make fitness more inclusive, accessible, and empowering for all.
Identify key markets with underserved disability communities, secure strategic partnerships, and create a scalable model to bring inclusive fitness spaces to more cities across the U.S.
Recruit and train passionate individuals with diverse expertise in adaptive fitness, physical therapy, and special education—growing our team to meet rising demand and deepen our impact.
Amplify the ZOOZ mission through targeted campaigns, partnerships with like-minded brands and nonprofits, and by working with influencers and disability advocates across platforms.
Develop training resources—including workshops, video modules, and hands-on experiences—to help coaches at traditional gyms better understand how to train athletes with disabilities.
Publish powerful athlete stories, expert insights, inclusive fitness tips, and advocacy updates—building community and thought leadership through authentic, relevant content.
Offer adaptive workouts, live coaching, and expert resources online to reach individuals nationwide who don’t yet have access to an inclusive gym in their area.
Establish an official certification for fitness professionals—based on ZOOZ’s proven methods—to raise the bar for adaptive training and expand inclusive practices across the industry.
Introduce ZOOZ programming into schools, after-school programs, and local organizations to promote inclusive movement habits from a young age.
Organize community challenges, fitness showcases, and inclusive competitions that celebrate athletes of all abilities and foster deeper connection and visibility.
Collaborate with disability rights organizations to push for improved accessibility standards and inclusive policies in gyms, certification programs, and industry-wide regulations.
