FAQ

Good To Know.

Who is Virtual Training for?

Virtual Training is available for athletes ages 6+ and all ability levels. It’s a great option for individuals who live outside our service area, prefer training at home, travel frequently, or need a more flexible schedule.

What technology do I need?

All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection, a camera, and enough space to move safely during your workout.

Do I need fitness equipment at home?

No. Most Virtual Training sessions require little to no equipment. Your coach can create effective workouts using bodyweight exercises, household items, or simple equipment if available. ZOOZ can provide an equipment list upon request.

Will a parent or caregiver need to help?

Depending on the athlete’s support needs, a parent, caregiver, or support staff member may be asked to assist with technology setup, safety monitoring, communication, or exercise cueing. Our goal is to encourage independence while creating a safe and successful training experience.

How long are Virtual Training sessions?

Most virtual sessions are 45 minutes or 60 minutes depending on the length requested and are personalized to each athlete’s goals, fitness level, and abilities.

Can I switch to in-person training later?

Absolutely. Many athletes transition between virtual and in-person training as their schedules, goals, or needs change. Our team can help determine the best option at any time.
