Questions

Good To Know.

What is the difference between individual and semi-private training?

Individual sessions are one coach, one athlete. Semi-private sessions pair two athletes with one coach. Both formats are fully adaptive and personalized. Semi-private works well for athletes who are motivated by having a training partner and do better in a shared environment.

How long is each session?

Sessions are available in 45 or 60 minutes. Your coach will recommend the right length based on your athlete’s goals, stamina, and focus. Most athletes start with 45-minute sessions.

Does my athlete need prior fitness experience?

No. Both individual and semi-private training are built for athletes at every starting point. The program adapts to where your athlete is right now, regardless of background or experience level.

How often should my athlete train?

Most athletes train one to three times per week. Your coach will help you find the right frequency based on your athlete’s goals, energy, and schedule.

Can I stay and watch the session?

Yes. Families are always welcome to observe from our designated waiting area behind the ZOOZ green training line.

What if my athlete has a hard day or isn’t feeling it?

Every session adapts to how the athlete shows up that day. If energy is low, the program shifts. ZOOZ coaches are experienced in reading their athletes and adjusting in real time. No session is wasted.
